Terms Of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern the use of this website and the junk removal and hauling services provided by MOVANTU Junk Removal & Hauling ("MOVANTU") in Savannah, Georgia and surrounding areas. By requesting or accepting service, you agree to them. This page is maintained by MOVANTU and is not legal advice.

1. Estimates & Pricing

Prices quoted by phone, text, WhatsApp, the website or the chat assistant are non-binding estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site, before work begins, and depends on actual volume, weight, access (stairs, elevators, distance to the vehicle), disposal fees and labor time. You may decline service on site at no charge if the final price is not acceptable.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a trip charge, which we will tell you about before charging.

3. Items We Do Not Accept

MOVANTU handles non-hazardous materials only. We do not remove or transport hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, paint (wet), fuels, oils, asbestos, biohazard or medical waste, human or animal waste, ammunition, explosives, or any item whose disposal is restricted by law. We may refuse any item at our discretion. Do not place such items in our vehicle or leave them for pickup.

4. Ownership & Authorization

By requesting service you confirm that you own the items to be removed, or that you are authorized by the owner, landlord or property manager to have them removed, and that removal does not violate any lease, HOA rule, court order or law. Once items are loaded, title passes to MOVANTU for disposal, donation or recycling, and items cannot be returned.

Please remove all valuables, documents and personal items before we arrive. MOVANTU is not responsible for items you asked us to remove, including anything accidentally left inside furniture, boxes or appliances.

5. Property & Damage

Our crews work carefully, but moving large items through finished spaces carries inherent risk. MOVANTU is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear from tight clearances, or damage to walls, floors, doorways, driveways or landscaping where you have directed us to take a route with limited clearance. Report any claimed damage to us within 48 hours of service, with photos, so we can review it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Georgia law, MOVANTU's total liability arising from any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. MOVANTU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of items disposed of at your direction.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking. Unpaid balances may be referred for collection.

8. Safety & Site Conditions

Please keep children and pets away from work areas and provide safe, legal access and parking. We may pause or stop work if conditions are unsafe (unstable structures, infestation, mold, extreme weather, aggressive animals) and will discuss options with you.

9. Website & Chat Assistant

Content on this site, including the AI assistant, is for general information only. The assistant can make mistakes and does not create a binding quote or contract. Always confirm details with a MOVANTU team member. This site is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Communications Consent

By giving us your phone number you consent to receive calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages from MOVANTU about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

The MOVANTU name, logo, vehicle wrap design, photos and site content are owned by MOVANTU and may not be copied or used without written permission.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Chatham County, Georgia. We ask that you contact us first — most issues are resolved with a phone call.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your service applies.
