Quote requests submitted through this website are stored in our hosted backend, and uploaded photos are kept in a private storage area accessible only to authorized MOVANTU staff accounts. Our chat assistant is powered by a third-party AI provider that processes the messages you type in order to generate a reply.
Retention
We keep quote requests and job records only as long as needed for business, tax and recordkeeping purposes, then delete or archive them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have given us. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
